  • Are there any parking restrictions?
    Yes, commercial vehicles must be registered with the management company and the vehicles must be parked in designated areas. 
     
    Also, the open unassigned spaces are primarily for guests/visitors.  So, please don't leave your vehicle parked in those spaces for weeks at a time.
  • Are there any rules to obey/restrictions?
    Yes...this section is under development and will be completed shortly.  In the meatime, you may contact the management company with your questions or review the by-laws.  Thank you.
  • Do I need HOA property insurance? Sewer coverage?
    Yes.
  • Do we participate in a recycle program?
    Yes.  On Thursdays (except certain Federal holidays).
  • How do I conduct myself at a Board meeting?

  • How do I contact BGE if I have a question?

  • How is my monthy HOA fee used?
    Please refer to the yearly budget that was mailed to you.  More info will be posted shortly.
  • If I'm a renter, who will make repairs?
    The unit owner or landlord should be contacted for any repairs to the unit.  ProCom is not a leasing company.  
  • What are the by-laws?
    You may review them in the documents library.
