The Board, comprised of 7 members, has an ethical and legal obligation to make decisions in the best interests of the entire association. Board members serve a one-year term and may run for re-election. The regular term is from June 1 until May 30 of the next year. Board members reside in the community, serve as volunteers, and must be in good standing. They also meet once per month.
